By accessing or using Chartlo, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You agree to use Chartlo only for lawful purposes and, in particular, not to:

• upload data you don't have the right to use;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, security or authentication mechanisms;
• use the service for unlawful activities or activities that violate third-party rights;
• overload, disrupt or compromise the platform's infrastructure.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the data and dashboards you create. You grant us only the license needed to process and display that content in order to provide the service (for example, generating dashboards and enabling link sharing when you choose to do so).

Dashboards, metrics and insights generated by AI are automated suggestions and may contain inaccuracies. They do not constitute financial, accounting, legal or professional advice. Check the results before making decisions based on them.

The service is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and apply usage limits (such as the number of AI calls per month), to keep the platform stable and sustainable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chartlo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
