This Privacy Policy describes how Chartlo ("we") handles the data of people who use our website and application ("you"). By using Chartlo, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account data: email and, optionally, first name, last name and company provided at sign-up.
• Content you create: the dashboards you choose to save to the cloud.
• Usage data: basic technical information needed to operate and protect the service (for example, counting AI calls to apply usage limits).

Your spreadsheets are processed in your browser. The full file is not sent to our servers. To generate dashboards, we send the AI provider only the column names and types and a small number of sample rows, with sensitive columns (tax ID, email, name, phone, etc.) removed automatically. You can also manually mark columns as sensitive.

We use the information to:

• provide, maintain and improve the service;
• authenticate your access and protect your account;
• generate the dashboards and AI features you request;
• apply usage limits and prevent abuse.

We don't sell your personal data.

We share data only with providers required to operate the service, such as our hosting/authentication infrastructure and the AI model provider to which samples are sent, always limited to what is needed to provide the service. Dashboards you share by link are accessible in view-only mode to anyone who has the link.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete dashboards at any time and request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

Under applicable law (including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law, LGPD), you may request access to, correction, portability or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us.
